Shipping policy

-Shipments are made by ordinary postal mail with tracking through CORREOS.

-If you wish to use another means to receive your order, you can send a query through the contact form.

-The shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the order as well as the destination address.

-JModels is not responsible for possible customs expenses that may arise in the shipment of its products, these will be assumed in any case by the client.

-No shipments are made to PO boxes.

-If you live or are in Pamplona (Spain) it is possible to deliver your order by hand using the store pick-up option.

- If you choose this option, an email will be sent to confirm delivery date and location once your order is ready.

- To receive your order you will need to bring the confirmation email to verify it.
